Terms of use

SeatWeaver is operated by Lotlsoft. By using the service you agree to the terms below.

What we provide

A web application that helps you plan seating arrangements for events. Features available today are described on the how it works page. We may add or remove features over time. We won't break your stored data without telling you.

Your account and your guests

Sign-in is via Lotl Auth. You are responsible for the contents of your account: the events you create, the people you add, the notes you type, and who you invite to collaborate.

Names and details you enter about other people belong to those people. Don't enter information you do not have permission to enter. See our privacy policy for what we do with that data.

What we won't do

  • Sell your guest data, advertise on it, or train models on it.
  • Make real-money or wagering features part of seating planning.
  • Charge you a monthly subscription that expires between events.
  • Watermark your printed output to upsell you.
  • Hide accessibility tags, exports, or deletion behind a paywall.

Acceptable use

Don't use SeatWeaver to harass, surveil, or coerce people; don't use it to plan events that themselves involve illegal acts. Don't try to break the service for other planners.

Support

Email hello@lotlsoft.com for support; we reply within a few business days. SeatWeaver is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime SLA.

Pricing and fair use

See the pricing page for current tiers, prices, and refund policy. A paid event represents one gathering; we may flag accounts that re-use a single paid event for many gatherings, and contact the account owner before any restriction.

Termination

You can delete your events at any time; deletion is immediate and irreversible. We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or other planners. We will keep audit log entries for 90 days after deletion for fraud and abuse investigation, then erase them.

Liability

SeatWeaver is provided as-is. We try hard to make it correct, but the seating decisions are yours. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where local law gives you stronger protections (notably the Australian Consumer Law), those override anything in this paragraph.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the in-app feedback channel and on the Pricing page. Continuing to use SeatWeaver after an update counts as acceptance.
